यादाश्त को बढ़ाने में वाच का प्रयोग 

वच सम्र्तिवर्धक है ! जिनको एकाग्रता की कमी है व कमजोर यादाश्त की शिकायत है वे वच के टुकडे कर दूध में उबाल ले ! फिर वच को निकालकर छाया में सुखाकर पाउडर कर ले ! 
उस पाउडर में समान मात्रा में मिश्री मिला ले ! लगभग २ ग्राम पाउडर को प्रातः - साय दूध के साथ सेवन करे !इससे एकाग्रता की परेशानी दूर होगी और यादाश्त भी बढेगी !
